DJ Enum started his music career with the harder genres - hard house, hardstyle, and just about anything pounding and rhythmic. He spent his formative months playing with DJ Nate B as Black Tie Beats, lighting up many a nightclub. As he refined his mixing and began playing larger shows, his musical tastes broadened and his style changed to include the grunge of electro and the interesting blips and beeps of tech house. Later, he would go on to help found the Treehouse Tribe, a group dedicated to bringing the most badass beats to the city of Austin. Since, he has left few genres unexplored, delving into psytrance, minimal, hard techno, and dubstep. Lately, his mixing has taken a backseat to production, as the Treehouse Tribe grows to become a netlabel. Having released a few tracks, he hopes to continue to bring interesting sounds and people to Austin as his mixing and production continue to grow.
