Event Submission

If you would like to have your event posted on EAATX send an email to info@electricavenueatx.com and let us know a little bit about your promotion company and what type of events you do. Read the About Us to get an idea of the types of events we will post. It is free to post on EAATX if your event meets the criteria. We will also at that point add you to a Face Book group dedicated to event uploads for this site where you can drop your FB invite for us to copy over to this site or you can email us your flyer (we will not post an event without a flyer) and complete event details and description to event@electricavenueatx.com *Note ElectricAvenueATX.com is a privately owned company and we reserve the right to decline or accept any request to post an event

If you would like to advertise your event with a banner at the top of the site it is $50.00 for up to 30 days leading up to your event. You will need to supply the banner artwork

To list your event in the premier section, boat party section or afterhours section it is $20.00 for up to 30 days from your event date. (for a free premier listing add the Electric Avenue ATX logo to your flyer)
